Adjointe ou adjoint de la responsable du contentieux \- auxiliaire (80%)

Le Service des finances de la Ville de Lausanne est responsable de la gestion financière et comptable de la Ville. Il assure le pilotage des processus budgétaires (fonctionnement et investissement), le suivi budgétaire et la procédure de bouclement des comptes en collaboration avec les Directions de l'administration. Dans le cadre d'un remplacement congé maternité, nous recherchons un\-e adjoint\-e à la responsable du contentieux à 80%.

Durée

Contrat d'auxiliaire d'une durée d'un an

Mission(s) principale(s)

Représenter la commune de Lausanne devant les différentes instances judiciaires

Organiser le travail de l'Office du contentieux

Gérer l'équipe du groupe contentieux (environ 10 personnes) et superviser le groupe caisse

Appuyer et soutenir la responsable du contentieux dans la gestion de l'Office

Apporter un appui juridique au personnel de l'Office et aux cadres de la Direction

Profil

Master universitaire en droit ou formation jugée équivalente

Formation complémentaire de type CAS en gestion d'équipe, un atout

Expérience professionnelle dans le domaine du contentieux

Bonnes connaissances du fonctionnement d'une grande administration

Sens de l'organisation et de la coopération

Capacité d'analyse et de synthèse

Leadership et sensibilité au développement et à la formation des équipes

Aisance rédactionnelle
