Engagez\-vous avec nous pour concrétiser la vision d’une société solidaire, en tant que Administrateur d’applications métier / généraliste informatique (Application Manager) (h/f/d) 80\-100% CDD 15mois Notre Département Migration \& Intégration Suisse romande – une antenne de Caritas Suisse à Fribourg employant une centaine de collaboratrices et collaborateurs – est responsable de l’accompagnement et de l’intégration des réfugiés statutaires dans le canton de Fribourg sur mandat cantonal. Dans ce cadre et afin d'optimiser la gestion de nos données ainsi que leur qualité, nous sommes à la recherche d’un administrateur d’applications métier / généraliste informatique (Application Manager) pour un CDD de 15 mois, avec possibilité de prolongation. Vos tâches

* Logiciel métier Tutoris : Administrer les accès / des formations d’introduction / Mises à jour et paramétrage / Amélioration continue / Assurer le support aux utilisateurs de 1er et 2ème niveau du logiciel * Contribuer au respect des standards de qualité des données et des procédures avec leur mise à jour pour le Département MI\-CHR * Exécuter des extractions de données, traiter et analyser les données en vue de l'établissement des statistiques sous forme de tableaux de bords, de rapports ou de listes * Développer et maintenir des applications de contrôle des données et d’assistance aux processus du Département MI\-CHR à l'aide des outils Office 365, Microsoft Power Platform; * Collaborer à la mise à jour de l'Intranet (SharePoint) du département et des documents des procédures allant de leur création jusqu'à leur archivage/destruction * Rédiger et maintenir à jour la documentation utilisateur des différents outils informatiques * Assurer la standardisation des processus, la coordination et la communication entre les différents services Nos exigences

* Formation en informatique de gestion (CFC d'informaticien) ou employé de commerce avec excellentes compétences informatiques en possession d’un CAS « Certificate of Advanced Studies » en gestion du cycle de vie des applications ou équivalent (un atout). * îtrise de Microsoft 365, notamment VBA, Excel (fonctions avancées, tableaux croisés dynamiques, Power Query). * îtrise des outils collaboratifs Microsoft (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive). * Connaissances de Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI constitue un atout). * Connaissances des exigences en matière de protection des données et de la sécurité informatique. * Bonnes connaissances des bases de données, SQL (ou langage de requêtes) et des standards de la qualité des données (un atout). * Exigences en planification accrues; nécessité de fixer régulièrement de nouvelles priorités. * çais courant (parlé et écrit). * Excellentes connaissances d’allemand (bilingue atout). * Anglais technique. lieu de travail est Fribourg. Entrée en fonction: 1er décembre 2026 ou à convenir.
