Scheuchzer SA est spécialisée dans l-entretien mécanisé des voies ferrées. Depuis 1947, nous concevons, construisons, exploitons et entretenons nos propres machines afin de répondre aux exigences des réseaux ferroviaires en Suisse et en Europe.

 

Afin de renforcer notre service Informatique, nous recherchons pour une mission de longue durée (fin 2027) un·e :

 

Administrateur systèmes & support IT (H/F) - CDD à 100 %

 

Votre mission ##

Intégré·e au service Informatique, vous contribuez à la disponibilité, à la performance et à la sécurité de notre infrastructure IT. Votre activité combine administration des systèmes, support technique avancé et amélioration continue de notre environnement informatique.

 

Vous serez notamment amené·e à :

  • Administrer et maintenir les environnements Windows Server et Linux ainsi que notre infrastructure virtualisée VMware ;
  • Gérer les principaux services d-infrastructure tels qu-Active Directory / Entra ID, GPO, DNS, DHCP et certificats ;
  • Administrer les solutions de sauvegarde et participer aux tests de restauration ainsi qu-aux exercices de reprise et de continuité d-activité ;
  • Assurer l-administration de l-environnement Microsoft 365, notamment Exchange, SharePoint et Teams ;
  • Participer à la gestion et à la supervision du réseau, des accès VPN et des différents dispositifs de sécurité ;
  • Prendre en charge les incidents et demandes de support de niveaux 2 et 3 ;
  • Administrer et optimiser les outils Atlassian, notamment Jira, Jira Service Management et Confluence ;
  • Identifier les possibilités d-automatisation, optimiser les processus IT et maintenir la documentation technique ;
  • Accompagner techniquement les autres membres de l-équipe et partager vos connaissances.

 

Votre profil ##

  • Vous êtes titulaire d-un CFC d-informaticien·ne ou d-une formation équivalente, idéalement complétée par un brevet fédéral ou des certifications reconnues ;
  • Vous bénéficiez de plusieurs années d-expérience dans l-administration de systèmes et le support informatique ;
  • Vous disposez de solides connaissances des environnements Windows Server et Linux ;
  • Vous maîtrisez les environnements virtualisés VMware et possédez une expérience avec des solutions de sauvegarde d-entreprise telles que Veeam et/ou Dell PowerProtect Data Manager ;
  • Vous possédez de bonnes connaissances réseau et êtes à l-aise avec les environnements LAN/WAN, pare-feu et VPN ;
  • Vous connaissez la suite Atlassian et notamment Jira, Jira Service Management et Confluence ;
  • Vous maîtrisez PowerShell ; des connaissances en Bash et/ou Python constituent un atout ;
  • Autonome et rigoureux·se, vous savez organiser vos priorités dans un environnement multitâche ;
  • Vous avez le sens du service et appréciez le partage de connaissances et l-accompagnement des utilisateurs ;
  • Vous maîtrisez le français et disposez de bonnes connaissances en allemand ainsi qu-en anglais technique.
