Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung sucht die Abteilung Immobilien Sie als

Administrative Assistenz Immobilien und Direktion (80 \- 100 %)

Das bewirken Sie bei uns

  • Verantwortung für die Assistenz\- und Sekretariatsaufgaben der Abteilung Immobilien sowie des Direktionsvorstehers Sicherheit und Liegenschaften
  • Koordination und Überwachung von Fristen und Terminen bei politischen Geschäften
  • Organisation von Sitzungen und Anlässen sowie Protokollierung
  • Administrative Aufgaben wie Telefondienst, allgemeine Korrespondenz, Mailverwaltung, Digitalisierung und Archivierung etc. für die gesamte Abteilung Immobilien

So begeistern Sie uns

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung als Kauffrau/mann EFZ
  • Vorzugsweise Weiterbildung als Direktionsassistent:in oder eine entsprechende Berufserfahrung
  • Zwingende Berufserfahrung in einem politischen Umfeld und/oder im Immobilienbereich
  • Organisationsstarke, motivierte und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe
  • Effiziente und selbständige Arbeitsweise, hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift sowie hohe IT\-Affinität
