administrative/n Mitarbeiter/in 30%.

Das Gemeinschaftszentrum (GZ) Telli fördert den sozialen und kulturellen Austausch und unterstützt Quartierbewohnerinnen und -bewohner darin, ein lebendiges, interkulturelles Quartier mitzugestalten. Das GZ Telli führt verschiedene Angebote durch, setzt Projekte mit Freiwilligen im Quartier um und ist Anlaufstelle für die Anliegen der Tellibewohnerinnen und -bewohner. Zudem verfügt das GZ über attraktive Räumlichkeiten für Angebote im Bereich Kultur, Bildung und Freizeit, welche gemietet werden können.

Deine Aufgaben: Du bist für die administrative Abwicklung von Raumvermietungen zuständig, deckst einen grossen Teil der Schalteröffnungszeiten des GZ Telli ab und bist in dieser Zeit Ansprechperson für die Quartierbewohnerinnen und -bewohner. Du führst die Buchhaltung und Kassenbücher verschiedener Projekte, übernimmst den Bestellvorgang des Mahlzeitendienstes und erledigst weitere administrative Arbeiten. Zudem unterstützt du das GZ-Team bei einzelnen Projekten und Anlässen.

Deine Arbeitszeiten sind von Mittwoch bis Freitag von 14.00 – 18.00 Uhr.

Du bringst mit: • Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich und gute EDV-Kenntnisse • Selbstständige, verantwortungsvolle und strukturierte Arbeitsweise • gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse • Du bist verlässlich und bringst die Bereitschaft zu zusätzlichen Arbeitseinsätzen mit. • Du bist offen und kontaktfreudig und schätzt den Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Menschen. Du interessierst dich für das Quartier und die Gemeinwesenarbeit.
