  • EFZ als Kaufmann/Kauffrau mit Erfahrung im Sekretariatsbereich
  • Kommunikative, kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Lernfähigkeit und Offenheit für Veränderungen
  • Gute IT Kenntnisse (MS Office)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse zweier Amtssprachen und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

In dieser abwechslungsreichen und interessanten Position sind Sie die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Besucher und Mitarbeitenden. Zu Ihren zentralen Aufgaben gehören die Betreuung der Telefonzentrale, die Ausgabe und Verwaltung der Besucherbadges sowie die Bearbeitung der Anfragen über das Zentralsupport\-Mailpostfach/Tickets. Sie unterstützen das Team «Zentralsupport» schweizweit bei administrativen Aufgaben und der Erbringung von Dienstleistungen. Darüber hinaus koordinieren Sie Veranstaltungen und Besichtigungen vor Ort und übernehmen weitere organisatorische Aufgaben rund um den Empfang.

Agroscope ist das Kompetenzzentrum des Bundes für die Forschung in der Land\- und Ernährungswirtschaft. Die Forschenden üben ihre Tätigkeiten an verschiedenen Standorten in der Schweiz aus. Hauptsitz ist Bern\-Liebefeld (ab 2026: Posieux FR). Angesiedelt ist Agroscope beim Eidg. Departement für Wirtschaft, Bildung und Forschung WBF.

Der Fachbereich Infrastruktur von Agroscope ist zuständig für die Bereitstellung und den Unterhalt der Arbeitsinfrastruktur von Agroscope. Er bietet logistische Unterstützung für alle Einheiten: Unterhalt und technischer Support von Gebäuden, Flottenmanagement sowie verschiedene Support\-Dienstleistungen. Seine Aufgabe ist es, den Forschungsbetrieb von Agroscope sicherzustellen und weiterzuentwickeln unter nachhaltigem Einsatz der finanziellen und ökologischen Ressourcen.
