Pour une grande entreprise de la région de Bienne, nous recherchons pour la période de vente la plus intense de l'année des personnes motivées et communicatives. Pendant environ 1,5 mois, vous soutiendrez l'équipe dans le contact client et veillerez à ce que tout fonctionne parfaitement même en cas de volume élevé de commandes et de nombreuses demandes.

Vos tâches

  • Assistance téléphonique et conseil aux clientes et clients
  • Traitement des commandes et des demandes clients
  • Conseil et vente active des produits proposés
  • Réponse aux questions concernant les produits et les commandes
  • Contact client professionnel et amical
  • Garder une vue d'ensemble même pendant la phase intense du Black Friday
