Agent d'entretien et concierge (polyvalent) 100 % (h/f/d)

Tâches

  • Nettoyage et entretien complets de toutes les zones intérieures et extérieures, notamment bureaux, entrées, couloirs, cages d'escalier/ascenseur, salles de repos, sanitaires ainsi que surfaces vitrées
  • Exécution de toutes les tâches de conciergerie liées à l'entretien des bâtiments et des environs, y compris l'entretien des espaces verts, le déneigement, la manipulation des machines et le remplacement du concierge
  • Aide lors des nettoyages périodiques et annuels des halls de production
  • Séparation professionnelle des matériaux recyclables ainsi que organisation et gestion de l'élimination des déchets
  • Approvisionnement, gestion et entretien des matériaux, équipements et machines de nettoyage
  • Réalisation de petites réparations, travaux d'entretien et de maintenance sur les bâtiments et installations
  • Travail avec des plates-formes élévatrices et autres aides techniques (après instruction appropriée)

Profil

  • Expérience dans le nettoyage, le service de conciergerie, le service d'entretien ou dans une fonction polyvalente similaire
  • Habileté manuelle ainsi qu'expérience pratique dans les petites réparations et travaux d'entretien
  • Expérience dans un environnement industriel est un avantage, mais pas obligatoire
  • Travail autonome, fiable et responsable
  • Flexibilité et volonté d'assumer différentes tâches
  • Sens de l'ordre, de la propreté et de l'organisation
  • Bonne maîtrise de l'allemand à l'oral et à l'écrit
  • Permis de conduire catégorie B requis
  • Formation (par ex. nettoyeur de bâtiments CFC, formation manuelle) un atout, mais pas une condition
