Votre mission

Vous assurez l’entretien, la valorisation et le développement des espaces verts et des aménagements paysagers communaux. Vous organisez et planifiez les travaux du secteur en coordination avec le chef de service et accompagnez les collaborateurs qui y sont affectés. Vous veillez au suivi du patrimoine arboré, à la qualité des aménagements et à la biodiversité. Vous participez également aux travaux généraux du service, au service hivernal, aux manifestations communales et aux interventions d’urgence.

Vos principales responsabilités

  • Assurer la responsabilité opérationnelle du secteur Espaces verts
  • Planifier les travaux d'entretien en coordination avec le chef de service.
  • Veiller à la qualité des aménagements paysagers ainsi qu'à la biodiversité des espaces communaux.
  • Réaliser les plantations, tailles, élagages et travaux d'entretien paysager.
  • Entretenir les parcs, jardins, massifs floraux, cours d'eau et leurs abords.
  • Assurer l'entretien des places de jeux, du mobilier urbain et des cimetières.
  • Assurer l'entretien courant des véhicules, machines et outils du service.
  • Participer aux travaux généraux du service.
  • Participer au service de piquet hivernal.

Votre profil

  • CFC reconnu dans le domaine de l’horticulture, du paysagisme, de l’arboriculture ou titre jugé équivalent.
  • Expérience confirmée dans l’entretien et l’aménagement des espaces verts, idéalement au sein d’une collectivité publique.
  • Bonnes connaissances en arboriculture, entretien paysager, biodiversité et gestion durable des espaces verts.
  • Capacité à organiser et planifier les travaux ainsi qu’à coordonner une petite équipe.
  • Sens des responsabilités, autonomie, fiabilité et aptitude à prendre des initiatives dans le cadre des missions confiées.
  • Esprit d’équipe, bonnes capacités relationnelles et aptitude à collaborer avec différents services et partenaires.
  • Bonne condition physique, disponibilité et disposition à participer au service hivernal, au piquet et aux interventions d’urgence.
  • Permis de conduire adapté aux besoins du poste et aisance dans l’utilisation et l’entretien des machines, véhicules et équipements du service.
