Description du poste

  • Entretien et maintenance des locaux, espaces verts ou équipements techniques
  • Participation à la gestion des déchets et au nettoyage
  • Travaux de petite mécanique, menuiserie, plomberie ou électricité selon compétences
  • Surveillance des installations techniques (chauffage, ventilation, etc.)
  • Interventions lors de pannes ou incidents
  • Application des règles de sécurité et collaboration avec les équipes internes

Profil recherché

  • Titulaire du CFC d’agent d’exploitation ou formation équivalente reconnue en Suisse
  • Expérience confirmée dans une fonction similaire, idéalement dans le secteur public ou technique
  • Polyvalence, autonomie et sens des responsabilités
  • Bonne condition physique et disponibilité pour des horaires flexibles si besoin
  • Permis de conduire catégorie B indispensable
