Chez DIXI Polytool, spécialiste reconnu dans la production d-outils de coupe de haute précision dans de nombreux domaines (horlogerie, médical, décolletage, automobile-), nous ouvrons un poste d-Agent de méthodes et support à la gestion de stock (H/F/X). AGENT DE MÉTHODES / SUPPORT À LA GESTION DE STOCK (H/F/X)

Mission principale

Sur notre nouveau site de production de Gampelen (BE), vous serez rattaché au Responsable Méthodes et serez chargé d-organiser et d-optimiser les gammes de fabrication. En position d-intermédiaire, vous assurerez la coordination entre le bureau méthodes et les ateliers de production. Ces missions représentent 70% de votre activité.

En outre, vous interviendrez en support pour la gestion de stock, en assurant le conditionnement de nos outils, le suivi des niveaux, la mise à jour des données et le bon approvisionnement en fonction des besoins et des capacités de stockage. Ce soutien représente 30% de votre activité.

Vos tâches principales

  • Calcul d-offres des outils spéciaux en intégrant les contraintes techniques et économiques
  • Elaborer, suivre et optimiser les gammes de fabrication
  • Définir les familles d-outils et concevoir les géométries adaptées aux besoins du client
  • Élaborer les gammes de fabrication, structurer les nomenclatures et coordonner les lancements en production (contacts étroits et réguliers avec la Production)
  • Créer, fiabiliser, mettre à jour les données techniques de base sur Proconcept
  • Conduire les appels d-offres et consulter les fournisseurs spécialisés
  • Gérer les opérations de réception et stockage
  • Conditionner et emballer les articles
  • Préparer les commandes (bulletin de livraison, commandes diverses-) et expédier les articles
  • Suivre le stock et gérer les inventaires pour garantir un approvisionnement optimal

Votre profil

  • Formation de base en mécanique (CFC) dans le domaine de l-industrie, toute formation complémentaire telle que Technicien ES (d-exploitation ou processus) est un sérieux plus
  • Expérience préalable en gestion de stock est un atout
  • Expérience dans un bureau méthodes ou industrialisation, un plus
  • Toute activité dans la fabrication d-outils de coupe, un plus
  • Bonne compétence de lecture de plans
  • Très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels et des ERPs (Proconcept, un sérieux atout)
  • Esprit d-analyse, de synthèse et d-organisation
  • Bonne aptitude à la communication et esprit d-équipe
