Toutes nos machines sont conçues spécifiquement pour nos clients, chaque produit est donc unique. Aujourd'hui, nous collaborons avec des clients répartis dans 22 pays à travers le monde et nous possédons 8 filiales réparties en Europe, au Brésil, au Japon et en Australie.

À ce titre, nous souhaitons accueillir un Agent de Méthodes fabrication afin de compléter notre Bureau Méthodes de 9 personnes.

CETTE OPPORTUNITÉ IMPLIQUE PLUSIEURS TÂCHES DONT : ####

. Traiter les libérations de la technique (ETJ - Émission Technique Journalière). . Contrôler et valider les données introduites dans l-ERP (articles, nomenclatures). . Analyser et optimiser les dessins de fabrication afin d-améliorer la productivité. . Définir les étapes et les techniques nécessaires à la fabrication de composants mécano-soudés et usinés, conformément aux spécifications requises. . Créer et documenter les gammes opératoires de fabrication et de montage. Rédiger et gérer la documentation de fabrication. . Traiter les non-conformités (NC). . Traiter les écarts de production, les analyser, les corriger et assurer le suivi des actions entreprises. . Analyser les coûts et optimiser les processus de fabrication afin d-améliorer la productivité. . Analyser le Make or Buy en fonction des directives et collaborer étroitement avec les différents départements (Bureau technique, ateliers, achats et logistique). . Participer à l-industrialisation des nouvelles pièces en collaboration avec la technique et les achats.

AFIN DE POUVOIR ASSURER LA MEILLEURE COLLABORATION POSSIBLE, NOUS SOUHAITONS IMPÉRATIVEMENT : ####

. Niveau ES, Bachelor ou équivalent en mécanique et ou serrurerie                . Expériences de 3 ans idéalement en tant qu-Agent de Méthode . Connaissances de procédés de fabrication soudage et usinage . Connaissances des normes ISO de dessin . Connaissances de l-utilisation d-un ERP . Anglais B1 est un atout
