Votre mission #

Au sein du bloc opératoire, vous assurez le traitement complet des dispositifs médicaux, de leur collecte à leur remise à disposition. Vous veillez au strict respect des normes d-hygiène, de qualité et de traçabilité afin de garantir la sécurité des patients et le bon fonctionnement du service.

Autonome et rigoureux(se), vous coordonnez l-activité de stérilisation et collaborez étroitement avec les équipes du bloc opératoire.

Vos responsabilités ##

  • Collecter, trier, démonter et préparer les dispositifs médicaux ;
  • Effectuer leur nettoyage manuel ou mécanique, leur désinfection et leur séchage ;
  • Contrôler la propreté, l-intégrité et le bon fonctionnement du matériel ;
  • Recomposer et emballer les plateaux opératoires conformément aux protocoles ;
  • Préparer, charger et superviser les cycles de stérilisation ;
  • Réaliser et interpréter les différents tests de contrôle, notamment Bowie-Dick, tests de fuite d-air et indicateurs ;
  • Garantir la traçabilité complète des opérations et assurer l-archivage des dossiers de stérilisation ;
  • Réaliser les contrôles quotidiens et périodiques des équipements ;
  • Assurer l-entretien courant des machines et intervenir sur les dysfonctionnements simples ;
  • Participer aux validations annuelles des équipements ;
  • Organiser l-activité selon les priorités et les besoins du bloc opératoire ;
  • Gérer les stocks de consommables et participer aux inventaires et commandes ;
  • Maintenir les espaces de travail propres, ordonnés et fonctionnels ;
  • Collaborer avec les équipes du bloc opératoire, les services concernés et les fournisseurs ;
  • Participer à l-amélioration continue des processus ainsi qu-à la création et à la mise à jour des procédures.

Votre profil ##

  • Formation d-assistant(e) technique en stérilisation, niveau 1 minimum ;
  • Expérience dans une fonction similaire, idéalement en environnement hospitalier ou au sein d-un bloc opératoire ;
  • Bonne connaissance des procédures de stérilisation, des dispositifs médicaux et des règles d-hygiène hospitalière ;
  • Maîtrise des principes de contrôle qualité et de traçabilité ;
  • Bonne maîtrise du français, à l-oral comme à l-écrit ;
  • Connaissances de base des outils informatiques.
