Ce que tu fais bouger chez nous ###

  • Tu assistes nos clients avec enthousiasme, par téléphone et par e-mail, pour toutes leurs questions et demandes.
  • Trouver des solutions de manière autonome constitue le cœur de ton travail quotidien.
  • Tu identifies rapidement les problèmes complexes et les escalades directement à notre équipe de support de 2ème niveau.
  • Recueillir les besoins des clients et transmettre des informations précieuses à la gestion des produits est un élément clé de ton rôle.
  • Tu participes régulièrement à des réunions, des formations et des séances de coaching afin de te développer continuellement sur le plan professionnel.
  • Contribuer activement à l'optimisation des processus internes enrichit ton quotidien.
  • Tu soutiens l'équipe avec dévouement dans divers projets spéciaux passionnants.

Ton bagage pour ce poste ###

  • Une formation professionnelle achevée avec succès (par ex. commerce de détail, employé(e) de commerce/CFC, centre de contact) constitue ta base solide.
  • Une expérience de plusieurs années (2 à 3 ans) dans le service client ou le support caractérise ton parcours professionnel.
  • Tu maîtrises le français (langue maternelle) et tu communiques couramment et avec aisance en anglais.
  • Une expertise avérée dans l'assistance par e-mail et par téléphone, ainsi que dans la gestion des escalades, fait partie de tes points forts.
  • Tu te distingues par une forte orientation client, de l'empathie et d'excellentes compétences en communication.
  • La maîtrise d'outils logiciels modernes tels que bexio et Salesforce est considérée comme un atout majeur.
  • Tu gardes la tête froide dans les situations intenses et montres un grand enthousiasme pour les innovations technologiques (par ex. l'IA).
