Agent\-e commercial\-e spécialiste transports (f/h/d) 90\-100% Pour notre client, acteur historique et reconnu du transport international (route / air / mer), de la logistique et de la douane, présent sur plusieurs sites dans la région de Genève et en France voisine, nous recherchons un(e) : Agent\-e commercial\-e spécialiste transports (f/h/d) 90\-100% Notre client est une entreprise prospère, traditionnelle, très ancrée en Suisse romande, avec une forte renommée régionale. Filiale d'un grand groupe suisse, elle combine la souplesse et la proximité d'une PME de niche avec la solidité financière et les moyens d'un grand groupe, dans une culture ouverte, familiale et orientée long terme. Votre mission Vous rejoignez le siège romand (bassin genevois) pour renforcer une équipe commerciale expérimentée et dynamique, dans un environnement de travail familial où tout le monde se connaît. Vos responsabilités principales · Renforcer l'image et la présence de notre client sur le marché suisse et international · Entretenir et développer un portefeuille clients existant · Acquérir de nouveaux clients · Visiter les clients et leur présenter les nouvelles offres de services, avec une large liberté de mouvement sur le terrain. · Conseiller les clients par différents médias (visites, téléphone, courriels, visio), dans une approche crédible et consultative plutôt que « commerciale agressive ». · Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les opérations, le marketing et les autres membres de l'équipe commerciale, afin d'assurer une excellente qualité de service et une forte réactivité. · Participer avec la direction à la définition des objectifs, aux études de prospects, au suivi de l'activité (statistiques, reporting etc. Votre profil · Au bénéfice d'un CFC de transitaire ou d'une formation jugée équivalente. · Expérience confirmée dans le domaine du transport / transit international et de la vente, idéalement chez un acteur ayant des activités similaires, avec un portefeuille et un carnet d'adresses existants. · Excellente connaissance du tissu économique local, régional et international. · Bonnes connaissances des douanes Suisse / France. · Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, parlés et écrits, indispensables pour les échanges avec les clients, les agents étrangers et la maison mère en Suisse alémanique ; une autre langue (en particulier l'allemand) est un atout différenciant. · Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels (bureautique, travail avec données statistiques, tableaux) · Personnalité crédible, authentique et consultative, aimant le contact, la nouveauté et faisant preuve d'empathie et d'initiative Conditions de travail et avantages · Contrat fixe 100 %, avec ouverture à un taux de 90 % selon profil · 5 semaines de vacances dès l'entrée, passant à 6 semaines dans le courant de la cinquième année. · Salaire fixe annuel versé sur 13 mois · Intéressement basé sur le chiffre d'affaires et la nouvelle clientèle · Place de parking offerte, · Environnement de bureau convivial et à taille humaine. · Grande liberté de mouvement pour les visites clients, dans un cadre de confiance et de responsabilité. · Culture familiale, ouverte, orientée valeurs avec une hiérarchie plate et un faible turnover. · Début d'activité : dès que possible. · Lieu de travail : Genève.
