Activités:

Contrôler la zone bleue, les parcs limités, l-horodateur et dénoncer les stationnements illicites. Gérer le domaine public (terrasses, diverses demandes). Contrôler les chantiers. Appuyer les partenaires (PONE, OFDF, SCAV et autres SDP). Effectuer des patrouilles et des contrôles routiers réguliers. Dénoncer les infractions (LCR) commises par le conducteur d-un véhicule en mouvement. Contrôler la salubrité publique. Rédiger les procès-verbaux. Accueillir le public au guichet. Encaisser les taxes. Mettre en place la signalisation lors de manifestations. Gérer des volontaires lors de manifestations. Délivrer les poursuites. Notifier les actes judiciaires. Faire respecter les mesures hivernales. Évacuer et gérer les fourrières. Remplacer les patrouilleurs adultes.

Profil souhaité:

CFC ou titre jugé équivalent.Certificat d'agent·e de sécurité publique exigé ou être prêt·e à suivre la formation.Permis de conduire véhicules légers.Avoir une expérience dans la sécurité représente un atout.Personne domiciliée au Locle ou dans une localité en Suisse permettant de rejoindre le lieu de travail en une quinzaine de minutes ou prêt·e à déménager.Connaissances du droit sur la circulation routière, des règlements communaux, des directives sur le port des poursuites ainsi que des lois sur la police du commerce, les établissements publics et la salubrité publique.Nationalité suisse ou permis C.Personnalité discrète, empathique, à l'aise dans les contacts et ayant un esprit collaboratif.Bonnes connaissances de la Ville.Maîtrise du français (oral et écrit).Disponibilité et flexibilité, notamment pour les manifestations et l'astreinte hivernale. Informations complémentaires: Des extraits du casier judiciaire vierge (standard et spécial) et de l'office des poursuites seront demandés à la personne retenue.L'horaire prévoit une rotation de 7h à 19h ainsi que le samedi matin.
