Contrat à durée indéterminée - temps plein, 100%

 

Votre mission :

Réception et gestion des appels téléphoniques

Transfert d-appel

Prise de message

Gestion d-agenda : gestion de rendez-vous, gestion d-annuaires

Diverses tâches administratives et de secrétariat

 

Votre profil :

Personne de Nationalité suisse, permis B,C,G

CFC employé de commerce, agent relation client ou formation équivalente

Excellente maîtrise du français et de l-anglais, autres langues un atout

Très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Dynamique et autonome, vous avez le sens du contact

À l-aise au téléphone

Capable de retranscrire des paroles en texte rapidement

À l-aise avec la dactylographie et l-informatique

Capable de gérer des situations stressantes

Maîtrise de soi

Avec de l-expérience dans le secrétariat (un atout)

 

Horaire de travail :

Selon horaire convenu à l-avance ou/et sur appel

LU-VE (entre 8h00-18h00)

Minimum 40h/semaine

Horaires variables sur 5 jours (LU-VE)
