Votre mission

Etre le garant de l-assurance qualité en production dans le respect des délais et des consignes de sécurité.

Vos responsabilités majeures

  • Analyser et gérer les non conformités du secteur.
  • Définir et mettre à disposition les standards de contrôle en collaboration avec les fonctions supports.
  • Piloter les projets.
  • Mettre en place et accompagner la démarche d-auto-contrôle.
  • Gérer et suivre les indicateurs qualité.
  • S-assurer que les besoins en outillage métrologique soient couverts.
  • Animer et coacher des séances de résolution de problèmes.
  • Remonter et piloter les opportunités d-amélioration.
  • Créer les gammes de contrôle selon les gammes génériques.

Votre parcours et compétences

  • Formation de Technicien ES en microtechnique ou titre jugé équivalent
  • Expérience de minimum 3 ans dans le domaine de la qualité
  • Expérience en horlogerie serait un atout
  • Capacité d-analyse et d-organisation
  • Formation TQ1 serait un atout
  • Connaissance des métiers associés à la fabrication des composants horlogers
  • Connaissance du LEAN Manufacturing serait un atout
  • Maîtrise des outils de résolution de problème
  • Maîtrise de l-environnement Microsoft 365
  • Aisance relationnelle et bonne communication
  • Esprit d-équipe
  • Dynamisme et flexibilité
