Das erwartet dich ###

  • Du führst dein Team mit 5 Mitarbeitenden und trägst die Verantwortung für die Zielerreichung, die Einhaltung der Servicestandards und setzt verschiedene Verkaufsmassnahmen um.
  • Die Mitarbeitenden unterstützt du dabei, ihre Ziele zu erreichen und ihr Potenzial zu entfalten.
  • Neukunden akquirierst du selbstständig, vereinbarst proaktiv Termine und verkaufst bedarfsgerechte Kranken- und Vorsorgelösungen.
  • Du pflegst Partnerschaften mit Firmen und Vereinen und baust dein Netzwerk kontinuierlich aus.
  • In deiner Region repräsentierst du die CONCORDIA professionell und mit Leidenschaft.

Das bringst du mit ###

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem dienstleistungs- oder verkaufsorientierten Umfeld.
  • Idealerweise bringst du Führungserfahrung mit und bist eine motivierende Persönlichkeit.
  • Kommunikativ, kontaktfreudig und mit einer gewinnenden Art überzeugst du Kundinnen und Kunden.
  • Als Organisationstalent und Teamplayer trägst du dazu bei, dass die Agentur erfolgreich wächst.
  • Die VBV-Ausbildung hast du bereits abgeschlossen oder bist bereit, sie zu absolvieren - wir unterstützen dich dabei.
  • Du beherrschst sowohl Deutsch wie auch Französisch einwandfrei in Wort und Schrift
