Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die unternehmerische Gesamtverantwortung für den Aufbau, die Weiterentwicklung und den nachhaltigen Erfolg deiner Agenturen
  • Gemeinsam mit deinem schlagkräftigen Team bist du verantwortlich für die aktive Neukundengewinnung über alle Branchen hinweg (Kranken-, Sach- und Lebensversicherungen) sowie für eine qualitativ hochstehende, ganzheitliche Beratung
  • Du entwickelst deine Agenturen personell und organisatorisch weiter und positionierst sie erfolgreich als leistungsstarken Allbranchenversicherer im lokalen Markt
  • Du bearbeitest den Markt aktiv zusammen mit deinem Team und baust dein Netzwerk kontinuierlich aus, um nachhaltiges Wachstum in allen Geschäftsfeldern zu generieren
  • Du stellst das Erreichen der vereinbarten Ziele in sämtlichen Versicherungsbereichen sicher und leitest bei Bedarf gezielte Massnahmen ein
  • Du unterstützt dein Team aktiv im Tagesgeschäft - insbesondere bei der Akquisition von Neukunden, in der bereichsübergreifenden Kundenberatung sowie bei administrativen Aufgaben und Mutationen
  • Du führst dein Team mit klaren Zielen, hoher Leistungsorientierung und förderst eine motivierende, verbindliche Zusammenarbeit

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über einen kaufmännischen Hintergrund sowie fundiertes Fachwissen im (Kranken-) Versicherungsbereich und idealerweise auch in weiteren Versicherungssparten
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Versicherungsverkauf mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen mit - idealerweise in einem Allbranchenumfeld
  • Du bist eine führungsstarke Persönlichkeit, die ihre Agentur durch eigenes Engagement im Verkauf über alle Sparten hinweg zum Erfolg führt und als Vorbild agiert
  • Du überzeugst durch hohe Eigenmotivation, Leistungsbereitschaft und die Bereitschaft, in einem dynamischen Allbranchenumfeld die Extra-Meile zu gehen
  • Du arbeitest zielorientiert, strukturiert und verfügst über Durchsetzungsstärke sowie Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Du bist in deiner Region gut vernetzt und trittst als glaubwürdige und präsente Unternehmerpersönlichkeit auf
  • Du besitzt einen gültigen Fahrausweis der Kategorie B
