  • Du führst dein Team mit rund 11 Personen, inspirierst die Menschen, die mit dir arbeiten und hilfst ihnen, ihre Ziele zu erreichen und sich zu entwickeln.
  • Dein Führungsstil vermag es, die Bedürfnisse deiner Mitarbeitenden und die Zielvorgaben deiner Agenturen zum Wohle aller zu vereinen.
  • Du bist ein Profi in der Netzwerkpflege - unsere Beziehungen zu Privat- wie auch Rahmenvertragskunden wachsen dank dir weiter.
  • Du bist auch selbst an der Front und betreust unsere Kunden.
  • Unseren professionellen Auftritt trägst du nach aussen gegenüber unseren Kundinnen und Kunden, aber auch gegenüber potenziellen künftigen Mitarbeitenden.
  • In deiner Rolle schaust du immer über den Tellerrand und machst dir Gedanken über künftige Perspektiven und Möglichkeiten für deine Agenturen.

  • Das Wichtigste zuerst: Man merkt es dir an, dass du gerne mit Menschen arbeitest - du gehst Themen offen an und deine positive Art ist ansteckend.
  • Du bist eine motivierte und gewinnbringende Persönlichkeit mit einer ausgeprägten Verkaufs- und Zielorientierung und verfügst im Idealfall über eine höhere Ausbildung in Betriebswirtschaft oder im Versicherungswesen.
  • Du bringst bereits Erfahrungen in der Mitarbeiterführung im Vertrieb mit und hast den VBV bereits in der Tasche. Du kannst gut auf dein Gegenüber eingehen, interessierst dich für die Bedürfnisse deines Teams und kannst gemeinsame Lösungen herbeiführen.
  • Du verfügst über eine lösungsorientierte Einstellung und kannst dank deiner hohen Belastbarkeit mit unerwarteten Situationen und Phasen grosser Belastung umgehen.
  • Dank deiner stilsicheren und adressatengerechten Kommunikation in Deutsch fällt dir der Austausch über unterschiedliche Stufen leicht - in Französisch wäre ein Plus.
  • Du hast ein grosses Beziehungsnetz und wohnst vorzugsweise in der Region.
