Als grösstes soziales Unternehmen im Raum Basel bieten wir im BSB (Bürgerspital Basel) mit rund 1'600 Mitarbeitenden sinnstiftendes Arbeiten, selbstbestimmtes Wohnen sowie umfassende Pflege und Betreuung. 

 Das Wohnhaus Horburghof bietet zeitgemässe und entwicklungsorientierte Wohn- und Tagesstrukturangebote für erwachsene Menschen mit umfassendem Assistenzbedarf. 21 Personen mit Behinderungen und unterschiedlichem Unterstützungsbedarf finden hier ein langfristiges Zuhause. Die Begleitung erfolgt in zwei Wohngruppen sowie in den bereitgestellten Wohnungen, welche in eine Wohnüberbauung integriert sind. 

Agogische Betreuer/in 60-80 %

Ihr Einsatz 

Sie unterstützen Menschen mit einer Behinderung in ihrem Wohnalltag und übernehmen Aufgaben in der Begleitung und Pflege. Dabei gestalten Sie das Leben auf der Wohngruppe sowie tagesstrukturierte Angebote mit. Die Bezugspersonenarbeit und die Gesundheitsförderung sind ein wichtiger Bestandteil Ihrer täglichen Arbeit. Sie erarbeiten Entwicklungspläne, setzen diese im Alltag um und führen Bezugspersonengespräche (inkl. Dokumentation). Auch der interdisziplinäre Austausch mit Angehörigen sowie Drittstellen gehört in das spannende Aufgabengebiet. 

 

Ihr Profil 

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (FaBe, FaGe, Heilerziehungspfleger/in) oder gleichwertige Qualifikation 
  • Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Menschen mit Behinderung und/oder Interesse am agogischen Arbeitsfeld 
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, selbständige Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit 
  • Bereitschaft zu unregelmässigen Arbeitszeiten (keine Nacht oder Pikettdienste)
