Sie bietet eine breite Palette von Dienstleistungen in den Bereichen Wohnen, Arbeit und Arbeitsintegration. Das Angebot setzt sich aus unterschiedlich betreuten Wohnformen, psychiatrischer Spitex, angepassten Arbeits\- und Beschäftigungsplätzen sowie dem Kompetenzzentrum für Arbeitsintegration, We\-Care, zusammen. Zur Verstärkung im Bereich Arbeit, im Team der Elektromechanik, suchen wir per 1\. November oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und selbständige Persönlichkeit als Agogische Fachkraft Elektromechanik 80\-100% (alle) Ihre Aufgaben Agogische Arbeit mit Klienten und Klientinnen im Bezugspersonensystem (Dokumentation, Förderplanung, Standortgespräche usw.) Ausführen und Qualitätskontrolle aller Aufträge Stellvertretung Arbeitsplanung/ Offerten, Akquise und Rechnungswesen Ihr Profil Technische Grundausbildung in Elektro oder Elektromechanik Stufe EFZ, mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung Agogische oder sozialpädagogische Ausbildung (von Vorteil) Hohe Sozialkompetenz speziell im Umgang mit Menschen mit einer psychischen Beeinträchtigung Selbstständige, strukturierte und dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Wir bieten Ihnen Eine sinnvolle und erfüllende Arbeitstätigkeit 5 Wochen Ferien, mit der Möglichkeit auf unbezahlten Urlaub Regelmässige interne und externe Weiterbildungsangebote Vergünstigungen auf alle Wisli\-Produkte und –Dienstleistungen Es erwartet Sie ein abwechslungsreiches, spannendes und verantwortungsvolles Aufgabengebiet mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum.
