Mit einem klaren Fokus auf Selbstbestimmung und Teilhabe bietet die Organisation ein modernes Arbeitsumfeld, in dem fachliche Kompetenz und menschliche Werte gleichermassen gelebt werden. Zur Verstärkung des Wohnbereichs suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Agogische/r Mitarbeiter/in mit pflegerischem Flair (60-90%). Deine Aufgaben

- Begleitung von Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen im Wohnalltag

- Verknüpfung pflegerischer und pädagogischer Betreuungsansätze im Team

- Förderung der Selbständigkeit und individuellen Fähigkeiten der Klientel

- Mitgestaltung einer kompetenzorientierten Teilhabe im Wohnraum

- Aktive Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Teamentwicklung

- Anwendung von Fachwissen zur entwicklungsorientierten Betreuung

- Aufbau wertschätzender Beziehungen durch alltägliche Pflegekontakte

Dein Profil

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Sozialpädagogik oder sozialer Betreuung - Interesse an Verknüpfung von Betreuungs- und Pflegeaufgaben - Wertschätzender Umgang mit Menschen mit herausfordernden Verhaltensweisen - Bereitschaft zur aktiven Mitgestaltung im interdisziplinären Team - Fokus auf entwicklungsorientierte und selbstbestimmte Begleitung - Fähigkeit zu vernetztem Denken und eigenverantwortlichem Handeln - Offenheit für abwechslungsreiche Arbeit in heterogener Wohngruppe
