Zur Verstärkung unseres familiären Teams bei KWS Suisse SA suchen wir eine engagierte und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit als Agrar\-Marketing Specialist (m/w/d).

In dieser vielseitigen Funktion gestalten Sie unsere Marketingaktivitäten für Kunden, Landwirte und Handelspartner in der Schweiz und bewegen sich dabei in einem spannenden B2B\- und B2C\-Umfeld. Sie verantworten die Planung und Umsetzung von Marketingmaßnahmen, Kundenveranstaltungen und Sortendemonstrationen und tragen durch den Aufbau und die Pflege nachhaltiger Kunden\- und Partnerbeziehungen maßgeblich zum Vertriebserfolg bei.

Die Position ist unbefristet und umfasst ein Arbeitspensum von 40\-60 %. Der zukünftige Arbeitsort befindet sich in der Region Zürich bzw. im Zürcher Oberland. Derzeit ist unser Büro noch zentral in Basel gelegen, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Basel SBB entfernt.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Planung und Umsetzung von Marketingkampagnen sowie Betreuung der Social\-Media\-Aktivitäten

• Organisation und Durchführung von Kundenveranstaltungen (z. B. T\&T, AGRAMA) und Kundenernteevents

• Planung und Begleitung von internen und externen Sortendemonstrationen

• Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Handelspartnern und dem Außendienst

• Fachliche Betreuung einer Marketing\-Praktikantin bzw. eines Marketing\-Praktikanten

• Enge Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen, insbesondere dem Team in Einbeck

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Erste Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Marketing\- oder Kommunikationsfunktion ist von Vorteil; Erfahrungen im Agrarumfeld, eine agrarwissenschaftliche Ausbildung oder ein landwirtschaftlicher Hintergrund sind ein Plus

• Hohe Service\- und Kundenorientierung sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations\- und Teamfähigkeit

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft\-Office\-Anwendungen

• Strukturierte, selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein

• Ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick sowie die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen und mehrere Aufgaben parallel zu koordinieren

• Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Hands\-on\-Mentalität

• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch\- und Französischkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Reisebereitschaft von bis zu 20 % innerhalb der Schweiz und ins Ausland; Führerschein Kategorie B von Vorteil

• Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft während saisonaler Spitzenzeiten, insbesondere in den Monaten Februar und März
