Unser Auftraggeber ist ein etabliertes Seniorenzentrum in der Deutschschweiz, das seinen Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern ein respektvolles Zuhause mit vielfältigen Wohnformen bietet. Die Institution zeichnet sich durch ein umfassendes Therapie- und Kulturangebot sowie durch hohe Pflegequalität und ein multiprofessionelles Team aus. Zur Verstärkung des Pflegeteams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Pflegehilfe (SRK) oder Assistenz Gesundheit und Soziales (AGS) im Pensum von 50 - 80%. Deine Aufgaben

- Mitwirkung bei der Implementierung der pflegerischen Verfahrensabläufe - Beachtung und Anwendung sämtlicher hygienischer Vorschriften - Begleitung und Versorgung entsprechend persönlicher Anforderungen - Ausführung sämtlicher basaler Versorgungsmassnahmen im Tagesablauf - Unterstützung des qualifizierten Personals bei therapeutischen Massnahmen Dein Profil

  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift erforderlich
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegehelfer oder Gesundheitsassistent verpflichtend
  • Praxiserfahrung in der Langzeitbetreuung ist wünschenswert
  • Teamfähige und kollegiale Persönlichkeit mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Servicebewusstsein gegenüber verschiedenen Personengruppen ausgeprägt
  • Empathie und Begeisterung für betreuungsbedürftige Personen
  • Offenheit und Respekt gegenüber unterschiedlichen Kulturkreisen
  • Motivation zur kontinuierlichen fachlichen Weiterqualifizierung
  • Belastbarkeit und Übersicht auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen
