Das kannst du bewirken

  • Du identifizierst gemeinsam mit Fachbereichen konkrete Anwendungsfälle für AI und übersetzt Herausforderungen in umsetzbare Lösungsansätze
  • Du begleitest Teams von der ersten Idee über Prototypen und MVPs bis hin zu produktionsnahen Lösungen
  • Du nutzt moderne AI-gestützte Entwicklungsmethoden und zeigst Teams praxisnah, wie sie sinnvoll eingesetzt werden können
  • Du coachst Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte beim Einsatz von AI-Assisted Engineering
  • Du entwickelst wiederverwendbare Patterns, Best Practices und Standards für den sicheren und skalierbaren Einsatz von AI
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Architektur-, Security-, Governance- und Delivery-Teams zusammen
  • Du hilfst mit, AI-Kompetenzen nachhaltig in der Organisation zu verankern

Das bringst du mit

  • Erfahrung im Einsatz von AI-gestützten Werkzeugen wie GitHub Copilot, Claude Code oder vergleichbaren Lösungen
  • Verständnis der Softwareentwicklung zur Beurteilung und Mitgestaltung von Prototypen, MVPs und technischen Lösungsansätzen
  • Fähigkeit zur strukturierten Erfassung von Business-Bedürfnissen und Übersetzung in konkrete Lösungsoptionen
  • Freude an der Befähigung von Menschen, am Wissensaustausch und an der Etablierung neuer Arbeitsweisen
  • Interesse an der Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereich, Technologie und Organisation
  • Neugier, Pragmatismus und Freude am Ausprobieren und Vorantreiben neuer Themen
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
