Dein Verantwortungsbereich ##

  • Die Retrieval- und Antwortqualität unserer AI-Lösungen verbesserst du kontinuierlich, indem du die RAG-Pipeline entlang der gesamten Verarbeitungskette entwickelst, optimierst und evaluierst
  • Agentische AI-Workflows konzipierst und implementierst du zur Automatisierung und Unterstützung interner Prozesse
  • Unsere Finance AI-Plattform baust du in Python laufend aus, vom Chainlit-Frontend über den agentischen Orchestrator und die Ingestion Pipeline bis hin zur MCP-basierten Tool-Anbindung
  • Du arbeitest mit Microsoft Azure und Azure AI Foundry in den Bereichen Agenten-Orchestrierung, Modell-Deployments, Prompt Engineering, Evaluation und Monitoring
  • Interne Systeme und Datenquellen bindest du mittels Tool Use, Function Calling, APIs und Dokumentenverarbeitung an die Plattform und ihre Agenten an
  • Durch Code Reviews sowie manuelle und automatisierte Tests stellst du eine hohe Code- und Lösungsqualität sicher

Potenziale leben

Deine Stärken ##

  • Du verfügst über mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung im Enterprise-Umfeld und bist mit gängigen Entwicklungsprozessen und Toolchains bestens vertraut
  • Exzellente Python-Kenntnisse bringst du ebenso mit wie praktische Frontend-Erfahrung mit React, Chainlit oder vergleichbaren Technologien; Kenntnisse im Bereich Infrastructure as Code runden dein Profil ab
  • Fundierte Praxiserfahrung mit RAG-Architekturen gehört zu deinem technischen Rucksack, insbesondere in den Bereichen Retrieval, Embeddings, Vektor- und Hybrid-Suche sowie Evaluation
  • In der Entwicklung agentischer LLM-Anwendungen und der Umsetzung komplexer, mehrstufiger AI-Workflows verfügst du über nachweisbare Erfahrung
  • Mit Cloud-Umgebungen arbeitest du sicher, idealerweise mit Microsoft Azure, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Foundry und Cosmos DB oder vergleichbaren Diensten und bringst Erfahrung in der Containerisierung von Applikationen mit
  • Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig, strukturiert und qualitätsorientiert; darüber hinaus verfügst du über Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf mindestens Niveau B2
