Job Description

Dans le cadre du déploiement massif de l'IA générative au sein d'environnements d'entreprise complexes, nous structurons la marketplace interne de plugins basée sur l'écosystème Claude / Anthropic. Cette plateforme a pour vocation d'être mise à disposition de l'ensemble des collaborateurs à l'échelle d'une grande organisation.

Pour soutenir cette ambition, nous recherchons un·e AI Platform Engineer. Votre rôle sera de concevoir, adapter et industrialiser des plugins transverses robustes, tout en accompagnant le déploiement opérationnel et technique de cette marketplace auprès des équipes métiers.

Vos missions principales

1. Développement de plugins & skills transverses

  • Concevoir et développer les plugins stratégiques de la marketplace :
  • Enterprise Search : moteur de recherche interne interrogeant les données et documents de l'organisation directement via Claude.
  • Plugin Data : génération d'analyses et de dashboards interactifs connectés aux plateformes de données analytiques et Data Lakes de l'entreprise.
  • Roadmap évolutive de nouveaux plugins selon les besoins métiers identifiés.
  • S'appuyer sur l'écosystème Anthropic (Claude, Claude Agent SDK, Model Context Protocol / MCP, plugins tiers "3P") et adapter les briques existantes aux contraintes d'architecture et de sécurité de l'entreprise.

2. Intégration de l'écosystème Microsoft Office

  • Déployer en Proof of Concept (PoC) les add-ins Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) connectés au Marketplace interne
  • Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe Packaging pour assurer l'industrialisation et le déploiement à grande échelle.

3. Volet FinOps & pilotage des consommations

  • Concevoir des tableaux de bord de suivi des consommations de tokens à destination des managers et sponsors.
  • Migrer le suivi FinOps vers le nouveau modèle de facturation/coûts par utilisateur.
  • Mettre en place un système d'alerte automatique en cas de dépassement de quotas.

4. Évolution des accès & IAM

  • Définir et implémenter la V2 du flux d'accès au Marketplace interne en coordination avec les équipes IAM, Provisionnement et Packaging.
  • Permettre aux managers de personnaliser l'environnement de leurs équipes (attribution de quotas de tokens, sélection des modèles accessibles, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Formation & Expérience : Bac+5 (Master ou École d'Ingénieur) spécialisé en IA / Informatique, ou expérience équivalente
  • Expérience professionnelle : 3 à 7 ans
  • Expérience Anthropic : Maîtrise concrète et opérationnelle des outils Anthropic : Claude, Claude Code, Claude Agent SDK, ainsi que le développement et l'adaptation de serveurs/plugins MCP.
  • Compétences techniques clés :
  • Bonnes connaissances en intégration d'environnements Modern Data Stack / Data Lakehouse (souhaitées, très utiles pour le plugin Data).
  • Expérience réussie dans le déploiement d'add-ins Microsoft Office en environnement d'entreprise.
  • Vision Produit & Transversalité : Capacité à dialoguer avec des interlocuteurs variés (équipes Sécurité, IAM, Packaging, managers métiers) et à traduire un besoin métier en fonctionnalité livrable.
  • Langues : Français & Anglais courants.
