Par la taille humaine de notre entreprise, qui compte sept collaborateurs, dont trois issus de la famille Luginbühl, nous garantissons un service personnalisé.

Outre nos prestations de service, nous attachons une importance toute particulière à la qualité des relations humaines.

Afin de compléter notre service comptabilité, nous cherchons

un ou une aide\-comptable en immobilier

Vos missions :

  • Participer à l'établissement du bouclement des comptes PPE/ Gérance/Chauffage/ DFA, sous la supervision du comptable,
  • Répondre aux clients sur les décomptes de chauffage ou de gérance,
  • Contrôler les postes ouverts et les justifier,
  • Traiter des encaissements manuellement,
  • Saisir les pièces fournisseurs,
  • Diverses tâches administratives,
  • Classer diverses pièces.

Profil recherché :

  • Être au bénéfice d'un CFC d'employé\-e de commerce et justifier d’une expérience dans une régie ou dans un poste similaire,
  • Connaître Quorum un atout,
  • Avoir l’esprit d'initiative et un sens de l'organisation développé permettant de soutenir l’équipe comptabilité générale,
  • Maîtriser les outils informatiques de bureautique (sous environnement Windows XP : Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Avoir une bonne maîtrise du français.
