Aide\-conducteur de travaux – Département bâtiment (h/f/d) ==============================================================

Vos tâches : Notre département Bâtiment d’Eclépens réalise, en Suisse romande, des constructions neuves ainsi que des transformations et des rénovations dans les domaines de la maçonnerie et du béton armé. L’équipe technique du département Bâtiment, qui assure l’acquisition, la planification et le suivi de nos chantiers, souhaite renforcer ses effectifs et recherche un/une aide\-conducteur(trice) de travaux.

Votre domaine d’activité comprend les tâches suivantes :

  • Accompagner les conducteurs de travaux dans les tâches techniques, administratives et financières liées aux chantiers ;
  • Établir les avant\-métrés ainsi que les métrés ;
  • Établir les demandes d’offres et les tableaux comparatifs des fournisseurs et des sous\-traitants ;
  • Établir les plans d’installation de chantier et de phasage des travaux, en collaboration avec un conducteur de travaux ;
  • Effectuer divers travaux administratifs au bureau.

Votre profil : Vous êtes une personne appréciant le travail en équipe et disposez des qualités suivantes :

  • Formation professionnelle initiale achevée dans le domaine du bâtiment ;
  • Une expérience dans un poste similaire constitue un atout ;
  • Engagement et implication dans les missions qui vous sont confiées ;
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et des logiciels courants ;
  • Sens de l’organisation et esprit proactif ;
  • Fiabilité, flexibilité, souci de la qualité et respect des délais ;
  • Esprit d’équipe et sens des responsabilités.
