Restaurant de la RTS Ecublens, géré par ZFV à partir de janvier 2026, sera ouvert cinq jours sur sept de 7h30 à 16h30. Cet établissement dispose de 200 places assises au restaurant, sert environ 180 repas par jour et est composé d'une équipe de 4 personnes. Vous y trouverez, chaque jour 3 menus différents et variés ainsi qu'un buffet de salades, des desserts et des snacks. Un service de catering pour les événements est proposé sur demande

Es-tu notre nouveau membre d'équipe en Suisse romande, qui va nous aider en tant que cuisinier ? Horaires de travail de lundi à vendredi entre 6h00 est 16h30.

  • Accueil des clients
  • Utilisation de la caisse
  • Préparation de la mise-en-place
  • Assurer une présentation attrayante des marchandises
  • Production et mise en place du buffet froid, buffet de sa-lades, sandwich, dessert
  • Dressage et service des menus devant les clients
  • Soutien dans la production
  • Mise en oeuvre des normes de qualité et de service de ZFV
  • Respect et mise en oeuvre des directives en matière d'hy-giène et de sécu-rité au travail
  • Rangement
