Aide en soins et accompagnement \\- 60% à 100% En tant qu'aide en soins et accompagnement, vous prenez en charge des patients et patientes de tout â la responsabilité du personnel infirmier, vous effectuez des soins de base et d'accompagnement en leur apportant un soutien constant, tout en développant et favorisant les relations humaines. Vous participez également à l'organisation d'activités quotidiennes permettant d'assurer leur bien\\-être physique, psychique et social. Vous apportez ainsi soutien et suppléance dans les activités de la vie quotidienne des patientes et patients et dans l'accompagnement de leur famille. Vous assurez les tâches de propreté de l'environnement proche du patientou de la patiente et vous contribuez à sa sécurité en respectant les règles d'hygiène et d'asepsie en vigueur. Vous participez activement à la prévention de complications liées à l'hospitalisation en collaboration avec les autres corps professionnels de santé (douleur, prévention escarre, prévention chute...). \\Qualifications\\ Au bénéfice d'une attestation fédérale de formation professionnelle (AFP) d'aide en soins et accompagnement (ASA) ou d'un diplôme équivalent reconnu par la Croix\\-Rouge suisse ou d'un diplôme d'État français d'aide\\-soignant accompagné obligatoirement de l'attestation de reconnaissance de la Croix\\-Rouge suisse. Vous disposez d'une expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de la santé, idéalement en milieu hospitalier, et maîtrisez parfaitement le français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit. Vous démontrez desaptitudes à accompagner les patients et patientes dans leur parcours hospitalier, et savez vous adapter rapidement aux changements de rythme de travail. Vous faites preuve du sens de l'accueil et de la communication et avez la capacité de travailler dans une équipe interdisciplinaire. Votre esprit d'équipe, votre créativité et votresens de l'organisation et de l'anticipation vous permettent de vous positionner comme un ou une véritable partenaire de soins.
