DieSONNHALDE in Grüningen ist ein innovatives Pflege\- und Betreuungszentrum mit Schwerpunkt Psychiatrie in der Langzeitpflege. Wir gehören zur Peter di Gallo AG und bieten rund 300 Betten auf 14 Stationen, betreut von 320 Mitarbeitenden.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:

  • Planen und Durchführen von ressourcenorientierten Gruppen\- und Einzelaktivitäten in verschiedenen aktivierenden Bereichen
  • Gestaltung abwechslungsreicher Angebote wie Wellness, Kreativatelier, Kochen und Themengruppen
  • Planung und Durchführung von Ausflügen und Veranstaltungen für unsere Bewohnenden
  • 2\-3 Einsätze pro Jahr an Wochenenden.
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit dem Aktivierungsteam und den verschiedenen Bereichen der SONNHALDE

Das bringst du mit:

  • Ausbildung als Aktivierungsfachperson HF
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit psychisch beeinträchtigten Menschen
  • Empathie, Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen
  • Kreatives Flair und Ideenreichtum
  • Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Organisationskompetenz
  • Selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung mit elektronischer Patientendokumentation (Care Coach) von Vorteil
