Das Haus für Betagte ist im Herzen von Basel gelegen und bietet älteren Menschen ein Daheim in Gesellschaft mit viel Raum für Selbständigkeit. Die zentrale Lage mitten in der Stadt wird von den Bewohnenden und Gästen sehr geschätzt. Auf 5 Wohnbereichen leben 58 Bewohnende in hellen und freundlichen Zimmern mit viel Privatsphäre verbunden mit einer Rund-um-die-Uhr-Betreuung. Ein vielseitiges Angebot von Aktivitäten und Veranstaltungen sorgen für einen abwechslungsreichen und erfüllenden Alltag.

Zur Verstärkung unserer Teams suchen wir ab sofort/nach Vereinbarung eine/n

Aktivierungsfachperson HF 70% - 100%, Haus für Betagte an der Sternengasse

In dieser spannenden Funktion erwarten Sie folgende Aufgaben:

  • Entwickeln von tragfähigen, vertrauensvollen Bewohnerbeziehungen
  • Mitgestaltung einer abwechslungsreichen, strukturierten, wie auch prozessorientierten und am Bewohner orientierten Aktivierung und Alltagsgestaltung
  • Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Einzel- und Gruppenangeboten für unser Bewohnenden
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Anlässen und Ausflügen für unsere Bewohnenden
  • Kreative Gestaltung und Verantwortung der jahreszeitlichen Dekoration im Haus
  • Insgesamt Sicherstellung einer individuellen und ganzheitlichen Aktivierung und der Erhalten und die Förderung der individuellen Bewohnerressourcen
  • Pflege einer professionellen und regelmässigen Dokumentation via RaiSoft
  • Mitentwicklung der Qualität innerhalb des Aktivierungsteams auf der Basis von aktuellem Wissen
  • Aktive interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Ausbildung Aktivierungsfachfrau/Mann HF oder vergleichbarer tertiärer Abschluss
  • Erfahrung in der Aktivierung
  • Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit älteren und pflegebedürftigen Menschen
  • Aktuelles gerontopsychologisches Wissen und praktisches Können
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Freude und den Willen am interdisziplinären Austausch
  • Interesse am interdisziplinären Austausch
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
  • Organisationstalent und Kreativität in der Angebotsgestaltung
  • Selbständige, flexible und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
