Gemeinsam mit unserem Kunden, einem etablierten Unternehmen im Bereich Haustechnik, Spenglerei, Sanitär und Heizung, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Fachperson als Alleinbuchhaltung 50%. Das Unternehmen steht für zuverlässige Dienstleistungen, persönliche Beratung und eine vielseitige Betreuung seiner Kundschaft. Sie erwartet ein familiäres Umfeld mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen, viel Selbstständigkeit und einer abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeit. Der Arbeitsort ist sowohl mit dem Auto als auch mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Selbstständige Führung der Finanzbuchhaltung inklusive Debitoren, Kreditoren und Zahlungsverkehr
  • Verantwortung für die Lohnbuchhaltung von rund fünf Mitarbeitenden inklusive Sozialversicherungen und Jahresendaufgaben
  • Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Treuhänder
  • Betreuung der Personaladministration sowie allgemeine administrative Aufgaben

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung EFZ, Weiterbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft, das 50%-Pensum jeweils am Vormittag zu leisten
  • Erfahrung in der Lohnbuchhaltung und im Schweizer Sozialversicherungswesen
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und exakte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an einer vielseitigen Funktion
