International sehr erfolgreich tätiges Schweizer Unternehmen im Gesamtbereich Wintersport, Skiindustrie, Schneebeschaffung, Schneeerhalt und Gletscherschutz, Beratung, Management und Skigebietsentwicklung für internationale und Europäische Ski und Sommer Berggebiete und Ski Resorts.

Motivierte Jungunternehmer/in, für Administration, Allrounder/in, Assistenz Geschäftsführung, mit aktivem Tatendrang und starkes streben nach Weiterentwicklung.

Aufgabenbereiche: - Organisation neu Einrichtung Gestaltung des Arbeitsplatzes und der Büro Infrastruktur, Ordnung schaffen in der vorhandenen Infrastruktur. - Organisation der internen Ablage der Kunden und Lieferanten Dossiers - Arbeiten mit dem Auftragsbearbeitungssystem COMATIC. - Offert Erstellung und Weiterbearbeitung, Auftragsbearbeitung, Mithilfe Buchhaltung Debitoren / Kreditoren, PR & Marketing, Einkauf, Verhandlungen mit aktivem Kunden -und Lieferantenkontakt. - Aktive engagierte Mithilfe bei Entwicklung/Weiterentwicklung der zukünftigen Geschäftsstrategien und Tätigkeitsfelder. - Mitgestaltung der internationalen Messen, Branchenmeetings, und Fachtagungen, Organisation von Kunden Events und Kunden Bindungs-Programmen. - Organisation und aktive pflege soziale Medien, Weiterentwicklung Web Auftritte.

Qualifikationen: Wir legen nicht unbedingt Wert auf 100erte von Diplomen und Zertifikate. Viel wichtiger ist die Persönlichkeit die Authentizität und die Überzeugung über die firmeneigenen Produkte und Services und die exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch, Englisch, wenn möglich Französisch und Italienisch am besten in Wort und Schrift.
