Für unser Multiplexkino und Bowling mit Sportsbar in Muri b. Bern suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte, flexible und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit mit technischem Flair als

Allrounder Cinema, Lasertag and Projection (m/w/d)

für Einsätze unter der Woche sowie an Wochenenden und Feiertagen im Stundenlohn. Besonders am Abend und am Wochenende sind wir auf flexible Unterstützung angewiesen.*Die Einsätze erfolgen auf Abruf – derzeit haben wir keine fixen Schichten zu vergeben.*

Dein Aufgabenbereich

  • Bedienung, Überwachung und Wartung sämtlicher Kino\-, Projektions\- und Haustechnikanlagen (inkl. Alarmanlage)
  • Sicherstellung von Bild\-, Ton\-, Licht\-, Klima\- und Screen\-Content\-Qualität in allen Sälen
  • Erkennen und Beheben von Pannen an den Audio\- sowie Projektionsanlagen
  • Freundliche sowie kompetente Gästebetreuung und Beratung
  • Einlasskontrolle sowie Verkauf von Tickets, Gutscheinen und diverse Kioskartikel im Kino
  • Verantwortung über den Kassenstock und Sicherstellung der korrekten Abrechnung
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Servicestandards und Hygienerichtlinien
  • Reinigungsarbeiten im Kinobereich
  • Schulung und Unterstützung unserer neuen Mitarbeitenden
  • Operative Vorbereitung, Aufbau und Durchführung von Events
  • Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemässen Handhabung, Kontrolle und Verwaltung von Film\- und Event\-Content (DCP, Keys, Playlists)
  • Technische Betreuung von Veranstaltungen und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs in den Bereichen Audio, Licht, Projektion, Präsentationstechnik und Medienzuspielung
  • Du gewährleistest ein unvergessliches Laser\-Tag\-Erlebnis durch professionelle Gästebetreuung, sichere Abläufe und eine einwandfreie Infrastruktur.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast Erfahrung im Dienstleistungsbereich und bringst Verständnis sowie Interesse für technische Abläufe mit
  • Wir bewirten unsere Gäste an 7 Tagen in der Woche, daher setzen wir deine Bereitschaft für Abend\- und Wochenendeinsätze voraus und du bis bereit, bei Bedarf auch flexibel einzuspringen
  • Verantwortung zu übernehmen und eine organisierte Arbeitsweise sind für dich selbstverständlich
  • In hektischen Situationen reagierst du ruhig und handelst vorausschauend
  • Du bist kommunikativ und verständigst dich einwandfrei in Deutsch; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team, teilst dein Wissen proaktiv und zeigst aktive Hilfsbereitschaft
  • Mit deiner aufgestellten und offenen Art begeisterst du unsere Gäste und überzeugst sie mit deinen Empfehlungen immer wieder aufs Neue
  • Auf deine selbständige und dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise können wir uns verlassen
