The posting

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine Allrounder Persönlichkeit, die Freude daran hat, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und den Hotelbetrieb aktiv mitzutragen.

Deine Aufgaben Du arbeitest flexibel in den Bereichen Service, Reception und Housekeeping und unterstützt den Betrieb dort, wo es gerade nötig ist. Im Service betreust Du unsere Gäste aufmerksam und freundlich, servierst Speisen und Getränke und sorgst für eine angenehme, ruhige Atmosphäre. An der Reception bist Du Ansprechperson für unsere Gäste, erledigst Check in und Check out (wir arbeiten mit PROTEL CLOUD), beantwortest Fragen, kennst Dich in der Region aus und behältst den Überblick über den Tagesablauf. Im Housekeeping unterstützt Du bei der Reinigung und Vorbereitung der Gästezimmer sowie der öffentlichen Bereiche und sorgst für Sauberkeit und Ordnung im gesamten Haus. Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und mit einem Blick fürs Ganze. Wo Du mitwirkst, entstehen Klarheit, Ruhe und ein gutes Gefühl für Gäste und Team.

Was Du mitbringst Du bist flexibel, verantwortungsbewusst und packst gerne an. Du siehst Arbeit, bevor man sie Dir erklären muss. Der Umgang mit Menschen bereitet Dir Freude, gleichzeitig arbeitest Du auch im Hintergrund sorgfältig und selbstständig. Erfahrung in Hotellerie oder Gastronomie ist von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend. Entscheidend sind Deine Haltung, Deine Zuverlässigkeit und Dein Anspruch an Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Genauigkeit. Und Du kannst lächeln. Wenn Du noch mehr willst und kannst – sehr gerne. Ach ja: (Schweizer-)Deutsch ist ein absolutes MUSS.
