Stellenbeschreibung - Dein Aufgabenbereich:

- Allgemeine Hauswarttätigkeiten an unseren Standorten - Betreuung der Haustechnik (Heizung, Lüftung, PV-Anlage, E-Ladestationen, etc.) sowie Koordination mit externen Firmen - Unterhalts- und Umgebungsarbeiten (Grün- und Arealpflege, Winterdienst) - Zuständig für unsere Fahrzeugflotte (Unterhalt, Organisation von Service- und Reparaturterminen) - Ausführung von kleineren Reparaturen und Instandhaltungsarbeiten - Plott-, Druck- und Scanservice - Materialbeschaffung sowie Erledigung von Botengängen und betrieblichen Besorgungen - Flexible Unterstützung bei zusätzlichen betrieblichen Aufgaben aus den Bereichen

Qualifikationen - Dein Profil:

  • Initiative, selbstständige und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und praktische Veranlagung
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Hauswartung von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Fahrzeugen von Vorteil
  • Dienstleistungsorientierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Wohnhaft in Sursee oder einer Nachbargemeinde
  • Bereitschaft für gelegentliche Einsätze am Standort Luzern
  • PC-Kenntnisse, Führerausweis B (BE von Vorteil)
