Die hohe Kunst aus Gutem das Beste zu machen! BALIK Lachs, von den meisten Lachsliebhabern als feinster Räucherlachs der Welt bezeichnet, hat seinen Ursprung im kaiserlichen Russland. Heute ist der Name BALIK weltweit unter Geniessern ein fester Begriff und wird ausschliesslich nach einer streng gehüteten Rezeptur, mit viel Hingabe und Liebe zum Handwerk, auf einem Hof im idyllischen Toggenburg, genauer gesagt in Ebersol, hergestellt. So entsteht in reiner Handarbeit ein Produkt mit der perfekten Harmonie aus Lachs, Salz und Rauch. Sämtliche Produktionsschritte werden dabei stets von Hand ausgeführt – ein wahres Meisterwerk.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir für die Hochsaison:

 

Allrounder Lebensmittel / Betriebsmitarbeiter   (m/w) 100%

ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung – 31. Dezember 2026 mit Option zur anschliessenden Festanstellung

Ihre Aufgaben – mehr als nur ein Job!

  • Fisch salzen
  • Lachsherstellung ganze Seiten und vorgeschnitten, Marinaden
  • Herstellung von Balik Tartar
  • Bedienung der Produktionsmaschinen (Waage, Vakuumiergerät)
  • Tägliche Reinigungsarbeiten

Ihr Profil – das bringen Sie mit:

  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Berufserfahrung in einer Produktion / Lebensmittelbranche
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Belastbarkeit, Einsatzwille, Flexibilität und Teamgeist
  • Bereitschaft für Wochenendeinsätze
