Über uns Das Zentrum für Bewegungsmedizin AG betreibt den Gesundheitspark Thalwil (www.gesundheitspark.ch) und zählt zu den führenden Schweizer Anbietern hochwertiger Dienstleistungen in den Bereichen Fitness, Physiotherapie, Racketsport und Bouldern. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und vielseitige Persönlichkeit als All-Rounder/in für unseren Empfang und Service. Ihre Aufgaben • Empfang und Betreuung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden in den Bereichen Racketsport (Badminton, Squash, Tennis) sowie in der Boulderhalle, inklusive Erfassen von Reservationen im Reservationssystem, Platzeinteilung und Inkasso • Bedienung der Telefonzentrale und Triage der eingehenden Gespräche an Physiotherapiepraxis, Fitness- und Gesundheitscenter sowie unsere Verbandssekretariate • Beratung und Verkauf von Rackets sowie Bällen für Badminton und Squash, inklusive Bespannungsservice • Betreuung unserer Wäscherei (Tücherservice Fitness, Wäsche für die Wohlfühl-Oase Day Spa sowie für die Physiotherapiepraxis) • Betreuung unseres Parkierungssystems und Ausgabe von Ausfahrtstickets • Bedienung unserer Gäste im Bistro: Getränkeservice, Zubereitung kleinerer Snacks und Salate sowie Reinigung von Buffet und Kaffeemaschine • Mithilfe bei administrativen Arbeiten für unsere zwei Verbandssekretariate – u. a. Postversand und Adresspflege in den Verwaltungssystemen – sowie allgemeine unterstützende Büroarbeiten Ihr Profil • Engagierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ausgeprägtem Servicegedanken • Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch (fortgeschritten); weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil • Fähigkeit, auch in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld den Überblick zu behalten und Prioritäten richtig zu setzen Wir bieten • Festanstellung mit einem Pensum von 80–100 % • Attraktiver Lohn und gute Sozialleistungen • Ein dynamisches und unterstützendes Team • Einen modernen, gut ausgestatteten Arbeitsplatz in einem gesundheitsorientierten Zentrum
