Portrait der Schule/Institution ###

Rund 1'000 Schüler\*innen besuchen in 50 Klassen die Schule Grauholz in den Vertragsgemeinden Urtenen-Schönbühl, Bäriswil und Mattstetten. Der Zyklus 1 umfasst rund 17 Klassen an allen drei Standorten, mit Schwerpunkt in Urtenen-Schönbühl. Sämtliche Schulanlagen sind mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr gut erreichbar. Das Schulleitungsteam und das Schulsekretariat sind an der Schulanlage Lee in Urtenen-Schönbühl angesiedelt. Zum Schulleitungsteam gehören die Schulleitungen der drei Zyklen und eine Schulleitungsassistentin im Zyklus 2, die Schulleitung MR sowie die Leitung der Tagesschule. Geführt wird das Team von der Leiterin Bildung. Der Heterogenität begegnen wir bewusst. Wir schätzen Vielfalt und Individualität und pflegen an der Schule Grauholz das Prinzip Sorgfalt.

Aufgaben ###

Du übernimmst die pädagogische sowie administrativ-organisatorische Führung des Zyklus 1 mit rund 17 Klassen und etwa 38 Lehrpersonen. Die Einführung einer Schulleitungsassistenz im Zyklus 1 zur Unterstützung ist möglich. Die Personalführung liegt in deiner Verantwortung. Gleichzeitig wirst du von der Leiterin Bildung in verschiedenen übergeordneten Bereichen entlastet, beispielsweise bei: - der Führung der ePM, - der Schulentwicklung, - der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, - der gemeindenahen Aufgaben. Gemeinsam mit einem engagierten, motivierten und unterstützenden Schulleitungsteam setzt du die Ziele und Massnahmen der Bildungsstrategie sowie des Schulprogramms um.

Anforderungen ###

Du - kennst das bernische Schulsystem, - verfügst über eine pädagogische Ausbildung, - bringst Erfahrung in der Schulleitung mit, - hast eine abgeschlossene Schulleitungsausbildung oder bist bereit, diese zeitnah zu absolvieren, - stösst gerne Innovationen an und begleitest Veränderungsprozesse erfolgreich, - arbeitest strukturiert und behältst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick, - interessierst dich für die Bildung der Zukunft, - überzeugst durch hohe Sozial-, Führungs- und Kommunikationskompetenz, - bist belastbar sowie kritik- und konfliktfähig, - engagierst dich für die Anliegen von Kindern, Eltern und Mitarbeitenden, - verfügst über gute ICT-Anwenderkenntnisse.
