Deine wichtigsten Aufgaben: - Vorbereitung und Zubereitung von Gerichten in der kalten und warmen Küche (Mise en Place) - Qualitatives hochwertiges Anrichten unserer Speisen - Fachgerechtes Verräumen und Lagern der Ware - Mitwirkung bei der Bestellung, Warenannahme und Kontrolle - Eigenständige Führung des Postens und unterstützende Organisation und Koordination des Tagesgeschäft - Verantwortlich für die Betreuung und Einarbeitung von neuen Mitarbeitenden - Durchführung regelmässiger Qualitätskontrollen sowie Einhaltung der HACCP gemäss Lebensmittelgesetz

Das bringst du mit: - Du hast eine Selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise - Gepflegtes Aussehen verbindest Du mit einem sicheren Auftreten - Auch unter Belastung erfüllst Du Deine Aufgaben routiniert - Wenn in bei uns in der Bar/ Restaurant der Bär stepp, muss sich Dein Team auf dich verlassen können. - Du kannst dich auf Deutsch verständigen und jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil - Du bringst die Bereitschaft mit flexibel am Wochenende sowie abends zu arbeiten (ein freies Wochenende pro Monat, keine Zimmerstunde) - Du hast eine abgeschlossene Kochlehre oder mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbarer Grösse und Kulinarik
