Dans le contexte du renforcement de son service immobilier, elle nous a mandatés pour la recherche de son ou sa futur·e Analyste Controlling \\- 100% ---------------------------- ### Assurer la fiabilité des données et un reporting au service des décisions stratégiques immobilières ### Vos responsabilités Rattaché·e au Responsable Gestion de Portefeuille, avec un lien matriciel auprès du Service finance et placements, vous êtes garant de la qualité des données et de l'information financière du service immobilier. Vous produisez le reporting mensuel de gestion du portefeuille (loyers, charges, vacances, rendements), contrôlez les données transmises par les régies et vérifiez leur cohérence avec les prestations contractées. Vous suivez les indicateurs de performance par régie et par immeuble, produisez les tableaux de bord consolidés et veillez à l'identification ainsi qu'au suivi des anomalies ou des écarts. Vous gérez et enrichissez la base de données statistiques du service (coûts travaux, loyers moyens, charges, échéanciers de baux) et alimentez les dossiers présentés aux instances de gouvernance. En assurant ce premier filtre de qualité, vous permettez au service de se concentrer sur l'analyse stratégique. ### Votre profil Titulaire d'un CFC d'employé·e de commerce complété par une formation supérieure (Brevet fédéral, ES, HES en finance, comptabilité, contrôle de gestion) ou Bachelor (en finance, économie, gestion), vous justifiez de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en contrôle de gestion, reporting financier ou analyse de données financières, idéalement dans l'immobilier ou au sein d'une institution financière. Vous avez une maîtrise avancée d'Excel (Power Query, TCD, macros) et êtes à l'aise avec les outils BI. Reconnu·e pour votre rigueur absolue, votre esprit d'analyse et sens critique, vous ne vous contentez pas de produire des chiffres, vous en questionnez la cohérence. Autonome et réactif, vous savez organiser votre travail et communiquer clairement vos analyses à des interlocuteurs non\\-techniques.
