Vos tâches ##

  • Facilitateur/trice : Vous faites le lien entre la gestion de produit, les départements spécialisés, les partenaires FinTech et nos équipes de développement
  • Ingénierie des exigences : Vous identifiez, affinez et priorisez les exigences fonctionnelles et techniques, et les traduisez en Epics et Stories clairs
  • Open Banking & Interfaces : Vous analysez les processus métier, concevez des solutions durables et spécifiez les API pour notre stratégie Open Banking
  • Accompagnement de la mise en œuvre : Vous accompagnez étroitement les équipes de développement tout au long du cycle de développement et les soutenez en cas de questions spécialisées
  • Assurance qualité : Vous participez activement aux tests des nouvelles versions logicielles et vous assurez que les exigences sont parfaitement intégrées dans le produit

Ce que vous apportez ##

  • Expérience : Plusieurs années de pratique en tant qu'analyste d'affaires, ingénieur des exigences ou Product Owner dans le domaine des logiciels ou des plateformes
  • Compétences techniques & interfaces : Familiarité avec les API, les modèles de données et les architectures d'intégration modernes ; une expérience dans les FinTech, le Core Banking ou l'Open Banking est un grand avantage
  • Compréhension bancaire : Vous avez des connaissances bancaires - ou simplement une capacité d'apprentissage rapide et l'envie de découvrir en détail le "Meccano bancaire" suisse
  • Esprit analytique : Plaisir à comprendre et résoudre de manière pragmatique des relations et dépendances complexes
  • Esprit pratique & dynamisme : Une manière de travailler autonome et responsable avec le courage d'apporter de nouvelles idées et de faire avancer les sujets de manière proactive
  • Compétences en communication : Empathie pour différents intervenants ainsi qu'une maîtrise du allemand professionnelle et un bon niveau d'anglais.
