Afin de renforcer nos équipes, nous sommes à la recherche d'un/e analyste financier/ière et gestionnaire de fortunes.

Description du job ###

Votre mission :

  • Analyser les marchés financiers, les tendances économiques et les opportunités d'investissement pour orienter les décisions de placement
  • Elaborer et proposer des stratégies patrimoniales personnalisées en fonction du profil de risque et des objectifs de chaque client
  • Développer un portefeuille de clients privés (particuliers, indépendants, family offices) notamment par la prospection et le réseautage, et fidéliser la clientèle existante
  • Rédiger des rapports d'analyse et des recommandations d'investissement clairs et argumentés
  • Assurer une veille active sur les marchés financiers, la réglementation et les produits d'investissement
  • Collaborer avec les professionnels d'autres secteurs tels que juridique, fiscal et compliance pour garantir des solutions conformes et adaptées
  • Présenter les résultats des analyses effectuées et les recommandations qui s'en suivent aux clients

Profil ###

Profil souhaité :

  • Formation supérieure en finance, économie ou gestion de patrimoine (Bachelor/Master HES, Université) ou formation jugée équivalente
  • Expérience confirmée de plusieurs années en analyse financière, gestion de fortune ou conseil en placement, idéalement en banque privée ou gestion d'actifs
  • Excellente maîtrise des outils d'analyse financière et des marchés
  • Solides compétences relationnelles et sens commercial afin d'évoluer au contact d'une clientèle exigeante
  • Rigueur, esprit d'analyse et capacité à vulgariser des concepts financiers complexes
  • Bonne connaissance de la réglementation financière suisse (FINMA, LSFin/LEFin)
  • Autonomie, discrétion et sens de la confidentialité
