Description du job ###

Vos missions

  • Exécuter les transactions de paiement avec précision et dans les délais requis via les systèmes de trésorerie et bancaires.
  • Examinez les instructions de paiement, les informations relatives aux bénéficiaires et les pièces justificatives afin de garantir l?exhaustivité et la cohérence avant l?exécution.
  • Identifier, enquêter et résoudre les écarts avant que les paiements ne soient débloqués.
  • Appliquer rigoureusement les contrôles de paiement établis, les procédures d?approbation et les exigences en matière de séparation des tâches.
  • Surveiller l?exécution des paiements et assurer le suivi des transactions rejetées, retardées ou infructueuses.
  • Assurer la liaison avec les parties prenantes internes, les banques et les institutions financières pour résoudre les problèmes liés aux paiements.
  • Signalez de manière appropriée toute instruction de paiement inhabituelle, incomplète ou potentiellement frauduleuse.
  • Contribuer à l?amélioration continue des processus de paiement, des contrôles et de l?efficacité opérationnelle.
  • Veiller à ce que les activités de trésorerie et de paiement soient conformes aux politiques internes, procédures et contrôles financiers.
  • Maintenir des documents justificatifs clairs et complets ainsi que des pistes d?audit pour les transactions financières.
  • Soutenir les audits internes et externes en préparant la documentation pertinente et en répondant aux demandes d?information.
  • Contribuer à la prévention de la fraude sur les paiements et à d?autres initiatives de contrôle de la trésorerie
  • Surveiller et rapprocher les transactions liées à la trésorerie et enquêter sur les écarts, le cas échéant.
  • Préparer des rapports de trésorerie et des analyses financières soutenant la liquidité et la prise de décision opérationnelle.
