Die Rolle… In unserer Produktion dreht sich alles um die Herstellung hochwertiger, zellstoffbasierter Transformerboard\-Platten. Als Anlagenführer arbeiten Sie an unseren zwei Transformerboard\-Anlagen, den dazugehörigen Peripherieanlagen sowie in unserem Sägezentrum und sorgen gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team für einen zuverlässigen und reibungslosen Produktionsprozess. Sie arbeiten in einem geregelten 3\-Schichtmodell mit folgenden Arbeitszeiten: Frühschicht 05:00–13:00 Uhr, Nachtschicht 21:00–05:00 Uhr und Spätschicht 13:00–21:00 Uhr.

Wie Sie etwas bewirken werden…

  • Führen und bedienen der computergesteuerten Boardmaschine im Nass\- und Trockenteil sowie der Plattensäge
  • Führen der Maschinen in der Stoffaufbereitung
  • Mithilfe bei der Analyse von Problemen an den Produktionsanlagen oder am Fertigmaterial
  • Qualitätskontrolle der laufenden Produktion
  • Erfassen von Rückmeldungen und Verwendungsentscheiden in SAP S/4HANA (Modul PP)
  • Mithelfen bei Unterhaltsarbeiten, Bespannungswechsel, einfache mechanische Wartungsarbeiten und Reinigungsarbeiten
  • Bereitschaft für sporadische Wochenendearbeit

Was bringen Sie mit…

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im handwerklichen oder technischen Bereich, z. B. als Anlagenführer EFZ o.ä.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bedienen von industriellen Grossanlagen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, mindestens Niveau B2
  • Gute PC\-Anwenderkenntnisse zwingend; SAP\-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • SUVA anerkannter Staplerschein von Vorteil
  • Handwerkliches Geschick, Teamfähigkeit, technisches Prozess\-Verständnis und ein ausgeprägtes Sicherheitsbewusstsein
