Jobbeschreibung Als Anlagenführer:in stärken Sie unser Produktionsteam. Sie sind in dieser Aufgabe verantwortlich, dass wir täglich einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Produktionsprozesse sicherstellen können und tragen massgeblich zur Qualität unserer Produkte bei. Mit technischem Geschick und Verantwortungsbewusstsein leisten Sie einen zentralen Beitrag zum täglichen Erfolg unserer Produktion.

Ihre Aufgaben - Bedienung und Überwachung der Produktionsanlagen für die Herstellung unserer vielfältigen Produkte - Regelmässiges Durchführen von Format- und Anlagenumstellungen durch die Produktevielfalt, Reinigungs- und Unterhaltsarbeiten - Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung unserer Produktionsstandards - Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse zur Steigerung der Effizienz - Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen zur Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs

Ihr Profil - Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Anlagenführer:in oder eine Grundausbildung in einem technischen oder lebensmitteltechnologischen Bereich - Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick - Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und eine selbständige, mitdenkende Arbeitsweise Erfahrung in der Lebensmittelproduktion von Vorteil - Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit bei Spitzenbelastungen - Starke körperliche Belastbarkeit, einsatzfreudig und zuverlässig - Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und aktiv zum Gelingen des Produktionsprozesses beizutragen
